Registration for returning teams begins on January 30, 2023.
Open registration begins on February 21, 2023.

The Webster Groves Parks and Recreation staff reserves the right to restrict team placement in specific leagues/divisions based on their efforts to produce competitive balance and an enjoyable experience for each team.
Rules
We feature slow pitch softball played under current ASA rules (with some modifications) and we play with a 55 minute time limit not 60. Check out the ASA website for a complete listing of outlawed bats. Coed leagues play 9 single games followed by a single elimination playoff tournament for the top teams. Men's leagues play 12 single games followed by a single elimination playoff tournament for the top teams. Games are scheduled for 7 innings, with a 55 minute time limit. Umpire, bases, and balls are supplied.

Game times for weeknight leagues start at 6 p.m. and 12 p.m. on Sunday.
Location
All games are played at Blackburn Park, at the corner of Edgar and E. Jackson Roads. Blackburn Park features one lit softball field with an outfield fence (measurements: 258’ in left, 300’ in center, 278’ in right) and covered dugouts.
Blackburn Park also features, one non-lit softball field, a main shelter, restrooms, a large playground, several smaller shelters, tennis courts, and a walking path. There is no smoking allowed in the park.
There is no concession stand on site. You may bring your own adult beverages with an alcohol permit. Permits are available at the Recreation Complex at no cost. Absolutely NO glass bottles are permitted in the park.
