Events & Sponsorship Policy

The City of Webster Groves adopted an Events and Sponsorship Policy on April 18, 2023. This policy provides direction for the expenditure of public funds, staff-time, and assets for events supported by or sponsored by the City. 

Certain events, if sponsored in name by a board or commission of the City exempt certain fees from being charged for public services. Click below for the Special Activity Permit Page to see the fees potentially exempted.
